美格成立于2010年，前身为传媒公司，2016年转入科技投资与融资领域。公司设于香港，核心管理团队分布于美国与欧洲。我们同时服务买方与卖方，为客户对接优质投资人、难得的项目机会，以及价值链各环节的合作伙伴。Founded in 2010, Megs began as a media company and moved into technology investment and financing in 2016. The firm is based in Hong Kong, with its core management team in the United States and Europe. We work with buyers and sellers alike, connecting them with quality investors, hard-to-find opportunities, and partners across the value chain.
我们的工作是搭桥：促成双方见面，推动尽职调查落地，并在合作早期发现并化解因各国商业文化与法律差异而生的问题，帮助双方规避风险，达成经得起考验的合作。Our role is to build the bridge: bringing the parties together, arranging meetings, and seeing due diligence through on the ground. We surface early the frictions that arise from differences in business culture and law, helping both sides avoid unnecessary risk and reach arrangements that stand the test of time.
自2026年下半年起，美格开始推介信托等投资资产服务，相关项目仅接受美元投资。Since the second half of 2026, Megs has begun introducing trust and other investment asset services; these projects accept U.S. dollar investments only.
我们团队Our Team
刘雯渶Wenying Liu 美格咨询创始人Founder
刘雯渶在中国资本市场销售领域有十五年以上的工作经验，2002年从一线销售职员做起，历任销售团队负责人、区域总监，积累了广泛的人脉关系，特别是在华东区域。她见证了中国从2000年到2016年的发展历程，涉及的专业领域有传媒、家族制造业、外贸与资本运作。在新创企业的全盘策划、企业形象、销售与品牌定位方面，她有着丰富的经验。近五年来深度参与生物制药行业的交易和科研项目，积累了广泛的人脉资源。她长居美国，思维偏西式。她是三个快成年孩子的母亲，孩子们个个朝气蓬勃，是她生命的源泉。创业之余，她坚持每天学习。Wenying Liu has more than fifteen years of experience in capital-market sales across China. Starting in 2002 as a front-line sales associate, she rose to lead sales teams and serve as a regional director, building an extensive network of relationships, particularly in East China. She witnessed China's development from 2000 to 2016 firsthand, with professional experience spanning media, family manufacturing and foreign trade, and capital operations. She has extensive experience in planning new ventures end to end: corporate image, sales, and brand positioning. In the past five years, she has been deeply involved in biopharmaceutical transactions and research projects, building a wide network in the field. She lives in the United States and brings a Western perspective to her work. She is the mother of three nearly grown children, each full of youthful energy, the wellspring of her life. Alongside building her business, she continues to learn every day.
张锦华Leo Zhang 董事总经理、合伙人Managing Director, Partner
张锦华先生是一位拥有15年投行、股权投资和战略咨询经验的资深专业人士，专注于推动国际企业增长和制定创新战略。他在人工智能、区块链、新能源、TMT以及高端制造等领域具备深厚的专业知识，兼具市场洞察、财务技能与相关方协作能力。他拥有众多国际合作经验，包括IPO、SPAC和跨境投资，并为跨国企业提供投资、并购、重组及IPO方面的战略咨询服务，通过战略投资创造价值并优化投资组合表现。张先生毕业于麻省理工学院（MIT）并获得工商管理硕士（MBA）学位。Mr. Leo Zhang is a senior professional with 15 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and strategic consulting, with a focus on the growth of international companies and on innovative strategy. He has deep expertise in artificial intelligence, blockchain, new energy, TMT and high-end manufacturing, He combines market insight and financial skill with effective stakeholder collaboration. He has extensive international transaction experience, including IPOs, SPACs and cross-border investments, and advises multinational companies on investment, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and IPOs, creating value through strategic investment and portfolio optimization. Mr. Zhang graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
段志华Duan Zhihua 美格咨询副总经理Deputy General Manager
段志华拥有美国法律学位，在中国金融业从业八年多，与中国上市公司，VC/PE公司，证券公司，投资银行，资产管理公司，高净值客户等建立了合作伙伴关系。他熟悉中美投资界的商业文化与两地金融市场。段先生可以为海外科技企业提供中国投资者和资本市场建立联系的全方位服务。凭借深厚的法律背景和对中国金融法规的了解，段先生为海外科技企业提供信息、法律和法规等咨询服务。Mr. Duan Zhihua holds a U.S. law degree and has worked in China's financial industry for more than eight years, building partnerships with Chinese listed companies, VC/PE firms, securities companies, investment banks, asset management companies, and high-net-worth clients. He knows both the Chinese and U.S. investment communities and their business culture thoroughly. Mr. Duan offers overseas technology companies a full range of services for connecting with Chinese investors and capital markets. Drawing on his solid legal background and his knowledge of Chinese financial regulations, he also provides overseas technology companies with advisory services on information, legal and regulatory matters.
王力伟Lydia Wang 香港会计师Hong Kong Accountant
王力伟会计学硕士，毕业于香港岭南大学。Beta Gamma Sigma（国际荣誉商学组织）岭南大学分支会员。她从事财务及审计工作近十年，行业经验丰富，为香港注册会计师公会会员，负责 MEGS 的全部财务事宜。Lydia Wang holds a master's degree in accounting from Lingnan University, Hong Kong. She is a member of the Lingnan University chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society. She has worked in finance and auditing for nearly ten years, with extensive industry experience, and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She handles all financial matters for MEGS.
